Come on Mike. All kidding aside. Things were getting out of hand. MR could have done nothing. They took the high road, hashed things out and came up with something that appears to be workable for everyone.
Left unaddressed this would have become like Dodge City in the old wild west.
No matter what arrangement they put together, it would not be possible to make everyone happy. I think this is a good happy medium.
