Well, it is the buyers choice to use an individual vendor to purchase items, so they must take some responsibility.
We are going to have individual vendor forums. Those vendors that have those forums come MR recommended, in that they contribute to the site and are making it better. So the "fly-by-night" vendors won't be so prominant anymore on this site. They will still be able to sell here but without the MR stamp of approval, so the buyer must beware.
