No need to stretch the netting, though for the next one I will try a hair dryer to flatten out the folds in the netting before I install it.
Haven't seen any shrinking when wet or issues with the lights on either, even on the original frames I made.

It is already on the tank...but I have to remove the new canopy to take the pic..and I'm being lazy about that..maybe later today.
