Most of the skimmer companies are putting out mesh stock or will be shortly. I've heard that BK is working on a titanium mesh for their RD pumps. The stock Sedra 5000 goes from around 9lpm to around 15lpm with the mesh mod! That's a great performance boost for $3 worth of material and 5 minutes of time.
