Thats cuz they are so rarely decompressed properly.
In every country they are from, this common problem is misunderstood.
They are "popped" w/ needles but by then, the damage has already been done and so the so called good ones are the lucky ones that survived the ordeal.
Females are smaller and survive non decompression better then the larger males.
Its hard to find good males as you already know.
