| QT of corals?
I know that its common practice to place a new fish in a QT for a period of time to make sure there is no disease and such. But what about corals and inverts? Not that I think one would bring a disease into the tank, but more along the lines of the water from the original tank having something bad and a small amount being transferred to a new tank. For instance, if you get a coral from a tank that has ich and some of the water has the free swimming parasites in it, is it possible that a small amount of water can infect your show tank? Just wondering. |
