| First off let me state that the following rant comes from a former soldier and very patriotic citizen!
America(not just Americans) has become an overweight giant that has grown too big and too lazy to feed itself. We now rely on the rest of the world to serve us bring us food bring us our goods.{think of an 800lb man naked laying in bed with his poor mother feeding him 30000 calories a day} Our free lifestyle and commercial way of thinking has lead to this. NAFTA and all other free trade agreements have been made to benefit big business not the american people at large. Do you see anything coming into this country that is beneficial other than cheap made unregulated crap products...NO. All you see of the Free Trade Agreements are American middle class jobs flying out of the country at breakneck speed. Unfortunately the capitolism that built the USA will also be what unstrings it. Its bad for us now imagine the burden our children and grandchildren will have to bear. Thank god for the almighty dollar! |
