Once it's not a constant strong flow, they euphyllias should be fine. My torch actually dislikes low flow. I have it in low-high flow. Most of the time its moderate but every now and then it calms and then it can be turbulent as well.
Give the coral a couple days, if things look worse I'd change them. They might just get used to the flow and start expanding like they use too. At least thats what happened in my tank
The fish will grow hopefully grow use to the flow, they should.
