I am not. I know what those links are about. The common way is not necessarily the only way. Well, I do not ask anyone to believe me but I found that my bare bottom so far works for them. I know their natural sand habitats pretty well but in captivity, many tanks' sand bed is not setup for them.
Reef mags and forums, also say wrasses need sand bed but I found that some wrasses hurt themselves with sand bed in captivity with my own eyes while solving some mysteries of my clients. What changes the whole scenarios is in captivity.
