I'm not aware of any problems. No complaints on the 50 pumps we have sold. There is a 1-2 day break in period. During that time they are sometimes a little noisy.

InkBlue, they will hopefully be here in January. That is all I can tell you at this time.

By the way, I changed our site settings so that we will get back to questions a lot faster!!! I just changed a few minutes ago...
