Order Status?

Hi,

I have been trying to get a hold of someone all week. I have emailed, and called and left voicemail, but noone ever got back to me.

I ordered the Litermeter Water Exchange module 2 weeks ago, I paid extra for fed-ex 2 day shipping. I still have not received my package and i never got any tracking information. When can I expect my order?
