Sean my friend, looks like you miss the store. When are you going to open up a small shop with beautiful diplay tanks on the upper east side. the displays will rope in all those upper east siders , and you will maintain their new tanks and order everything online for them. I don't think this model can fail. Most new reefers are sucked in by beautiful living tanks not websites. |

The problem is thanks to MR, i'm no longer a stupid upper eastsider with money to piss away. First nice Sunday, we will go for a ride (top down ) to Greenwich and discuss your future. |

Sean, I'm curious as to why you left that location? My store is in that neighborhood and I am now benefitting from an increasing influx of people that have moved in from the city and have a large disposable income. Many old buildings are being torn down and in thier place modern condominiums are being built, revitalizing and gentrifying the surrounding areas. |

What type of business are you in? It's not only the location but the hobby as well. I had a 2500 square foot store between rent/electric and other overhead expenses and my limited funds it didn't make sense for me to stay open.
