Reefer Ratings: (9) Friends: (11) | Our first book will be The Conscientous Marine Aquarist by Robert M. Fenner. We will try to notify each author as we review their books.Last edited by Josh; 03-04-2007 at 02:53 PM. |

picking a book is harder than I thought it would be. reef books are not like novels it's hard to find commonground to start with. I read the Fenner book a while ago, I was hoping for a different book. Perhaps we have two books as someone else suggested? We can also look at books that are not strict how to, or reference books. I don't have any suggestions right now ![]() I just wanted to throw the idea out there. The books can be on things or people that are related to reefs. If the majority of book nerds want to get started asap and fenner is the book that's okay, we can use the time while discussing to come up with some great choices for the next book ![]() |

Price is not an issue for me. As long as not ALL of the books are big money. I think we should look at what books we are interested in.- see which we are doing now and in the future- that way if someone (such as jhale) has read one, he can look forward to the next one.

Hi I am new here. I saw that this was about books and I just read a great book. Its called Water Chemistry for the Marine Aquarium by John H. Tullock. And is published by Barrons. I picked it up on Amazon for real cheap. Check it out if you havent allready! |
