Reefer Ratings: (11) Friends: (0) | I have ordered this purple gorgonia from Atlantisaquarium. The order came in this condition (check the picture). Some branches are ok but 20% to 25% are lacking flesh just show skeleton. Do you think it has surviving chance and what should I need to do to give it this chance? |

ben as long as the flow and lighting are good you should have no problem. it should recover. if you like, cut the dead branches off. have you contacted joleen?

Agreed it has a very good chance with the right water conditions and some TLC.

Reefer Ratings: (11) Friends: (0) | Ok Thanks for advise. I will give it two weeks for recovery and than will cut dead branches if I have too. Jon, No I did not contact Joleen. First it had past more than few days since Aaron got the shipment. Second this is the third try of cashing my credit. Even she was very polite and I had no problems with a credit I still have to pay for the shipments. I do not want to spend more money without any guarantees. I hope it will recover and I will post its pictures in better condition. |
