Starphire glass: Wrong Side/Right Side?

I read this on another site:
Quote:
If you use starphire, have the tank built for you. There is a trick to using it with reef tanks, and not knowing how to use it can leave you with a cruddy looking tank. Starphire, like all glass, has a 'tin' side, and an 'air' side when it cools. I forget which is which, but you need to have the right side against the outside and the right side under the water. The stress that the water pressure puts on the glass causes small pitts... little glass pockets, or bubbles if you will, within the glass's surface itself will pop out under the compression of the water (the water compression makes the glass bow outwards, and this stress of the glass flexing causes a compression along the surface of the glass)... leaving small bubble-like holes in the surface of the glass.
Before I build my next tank I need to know if this is true - I bought Starphire glass
