Looks good, but what's the acrylic for? That will get covered with coralline anyway. I created mine solely with eggcrate.

It can be soaked in vinegar every few months to keep it clear for more light penetration and its not such an eye sore

Yep The magnet are a good idea because it would be very easy to move the frags from higher to lower light. Hmm....
