Melichthys Niger-Black Durgen
Not they aggressive as most triggers, and some people do keep them in reef tanks. They will eat inverts and move the sand around so they're that safe in a reef tank. A beautiful fish that is often over looked in the LFS as it's usually stressed out and looks very dark almost black. When it settles in this fish has some beautiful marks around the head and through the body that changes based on the fish mood. Can get to a pretty larger size, 12"-15", and should be kept with aggressive fish.
