Equetus Punctatus-Jack Knife
Doesn't show up that often for sale. Can be hard to keep as it doesn't always eat. Has a funny swimming motion and is some what slow moving. Because of that it needs to be kept with non aggressive fish, as some will take bits out of it's high fin. Will eat small inverts so you need to be careful when placing one in a reef tank.
