ok bought a very healthy looking Copperband hoping it would eat my aiptasia which its not interested in at all- I have tried frozen foods: Prime Reef frozen Mysis Frozen Brine and none of these are attractive to him either hes been in the tank for 3 weeks now and seems totally healthy, belly not bulging but not gaunt either... Dont want to lose him, very cool fish....anysuggestions? Thanks |

do you see it picking at the rocks at all? it may be eating small aptasia that you don't see. I noticed mine would not eat the real large ones. After a few weeks mine started eating frozen mysis.

yeah get some fresh clam from the supermart. that should get them going. usually copper,butterfly's are picky eaters but, i had some good luck to start them on brine and mysis |
