i also found a good place to buy ro water for those of us who dont have a filter (YET)
On main st. in port washington there is a place that sells it exclusively
Its called pure water source and the address is 20 main st. port washington and yes they do deliver, but on thursdays (thirsty thursday for sailors here in town) you can get it for 75 cents a gallon if you bring your own container, plus the sweetest old man owns the place FYI

You might want to add the pods to the back filter part to make that like a mini fuge, They could probably live on the stuff on your filter sponge.

I also aquired another bottle of copepods today, so i will add them tonight after the lights go out.
I have been turning off the pumps when i add them, is this the right thing to do.
As for uni or urchin roe (very rare for me) mostly lobster, salmon, and paddlefish, All Unproccesed
I am going to start prepareing different recipes of frozen goodies. i will keep MR. posted if I discover anything good.
This site has been alot of help
thanks
A.A. Aquarium Adventure? Very nice staff! You like their stuff? I have bought a few things from them...most of my dry stuff...but a few zoas, and such...I am not too impressed with the overall quality too many dead or bleached corals in the back...But i have gotten alot of Lalo Live rock from them, which i like very much!

Trouble

Well it looks as though i should have listened to the MR opinion
When i woke up this morning my son said i think the mandarin is dead!
well he wasnt dean but very washed out and tired looking, sitting on the bottom of the tank.
i washed my hand, stuck it in the tank to see if i could wake him and he woke up a little and his color started coming back, but then i had to leave for work.
looks like he may be a gonner.
Ill see when i get home.
but if he is alive i would like to give him to somebody who has the right knowlge and set up

I will deliver within reason
