I wouldn't consider myself a poor reefer yet, but I am sure that my tank is going to send me to the POORHOUSE!!!

I have never not gotten a frag that I wanted real bad. DAMN REEF COMPULSION!

i am convinced that any man with a reef AND a wife is doomed to live in poverty. looked at the richest people in the world that are married - they dont have reefs. if they have a reef, they are either not married or not rich.

I wonder if Bill Gates has a reef tank. somehow I don't see him having the patience to maintain it. of course he could hire a team of marine biologists to do that for him.

I've seen that house on tv. nice would be an understatement.
who builds a slide... out of solid walnut?
they showed the tank for like three seconds, that made me nuts.

do you mean poor reefers as in everything you put in the tank dies and the tank always looks like a bucket of crap?

or do you mean poor as in you can't afford to feed your family because you pump more cash into your tank than a junkie spends on a monthlong bender?

well, both here

Why does everything die in your tank. I remember when that use to happen to me, then I found this site and things started getting better and better.

it was about the benjamin's, but that version of poor puts a different spin on it. I guess if everything keeps dying that will make you poor both ways. your kidding right?
