Story: I am officially a fish doctor!!!

Patient: True Perc
Diagnosis: Choking
State: Almost dead

So quick thinking.....quick thinking....damnit I don't want to lose my pair.

Doctor time!!

What can I use for suction that can fit his mouth and not harm him?

THINK DAMNIT THINK!!

NEURONS PROCESSING..........

[THINK JIMMY NEUTRON!!]

ANSWER RINGS IN MY HEAD!!!!

TOM'S AQUALIFTER....NOT TOO POWERFUL AND CAN USE AS SUCTION.

GET THE PATIENT INTO ER STAT!!

PICKED HIM UP WITH MY FISHNET AND BEGAN FISH CPR!!!

AFTER 3 TRIES.......

I SUCKED OUT A HUGE PIECE OF MEAT..................[INSERT JOKE!]!

HOW'S THAT FOR FISH DOCTOR!!!!

I had to type in all caps. I am truthfully and honestly proud!! I did not want to lose my pair nor did I want to lose this beautiful specimen now that I waited for a nice PAIR and soon hopefully to mate!

After my heroics the wife came to her husband and started staying by his side. If I got this on camera, I really would have the youtube video of the year!! damnit!

The couple:

most recent video....sorry can't really see but I haven't taken a picture of them.

Nice quick thinking! Most people wouldn't go above and beyond like that for a fish, good job!

Damn... you are good. Where were you when my grouper decided to choke down one of its tank mates?!?!

Glad to see you did good work and managed to save him.

Isn't it mandated that you must post a "fish choking" sign by your tank?
