Just messing with settings. My polyps are out when I keep it on lagoon purple and reef crest orange, but wondering if it's better to leave it on wave for a week or so and see how they like it | ||||

I keep mine on Reef Crest 24/7 (except feeding time, which is 10 mins I believe, on low pulse settings) IMO, the setting/levels also depends on your rockwork...I have 3 Penisula sps islands in my 55g, and run Reef Crest on the second to last strength setting. I've just found this to be the most efficient flow setting.
