i know you RR ready guys proud of your set ups but both my 28bow and 40br aren't RR and i'm also proud. here are some pics.
i took pics of the return and drain from my 28bow cuz it was much easier but it's the same on my 40br except w/ two returns. these set ups are until i get some dough like you high rollaz.

overflow drain:

drain (black hose into filter sock)

water is skimmed in first compartment and drained this way

then reaches third compartment (return- pvc)

piece of black hose connects pvc and siphon tube(clear)

and finally threaded elbow w/ lockline nozzle.

You may need two hose clamps to tighten the black hose for the long run.

i could but i'm not worried about it. the tubing has such good grab that if i wanted to remove the siphon or pvc i would have to cut the tubbing off.
