Is it tipping over like that? Not an issue with water level inconsistent? Did you recently do a vinegar bath? Make sure nothing is clogged like chaeto in the pump. I had that issue with my skimmer I just swapped out and noticed the skimming was off. Took it apart and chaeto in the pump causing air issues.

Did you check the airline tube inlet to make sure its not clogged on both ends. Did you add or dose anything recently.... If worse comes to worse make sure the skimmer pipe is opened all the way for a day or 2 and it should settle. It looks like you just cleaned the skimmer entirely.

their should be a breather hole on top of the pipe next to air silencer, make sure its clear.
although mine does the same thing now and then. even if i run it wide open. i shut it off for a bit then it works fine. don't know what causes it.
