You sound desperate but I understand.
If you have CC, make sure that you have enough and if not buy some more. Read about 3 days light off. I found a huge thread on different forum. I do it every 6 months or so. I would try this but before, try to remove manually as much as you can.

Additional clean up crew is a band aid but can't hurt. Do you have an idea of the source causing the algae? Some info you could provide to receive more help is: size of the system, methods of nutrient export, age of the tank, water change schedule. Are you using RODI water?

U can test p04 and it might give u a false reading because h/a is pulling ur p04 down, this is wat u need a reactor running gfo, remove as much as u can, and stay up on those water changes u have to much phosphates in the tank that's all. Also check ur mag and make sure it's at 1350-1400 and remember it's take time not an over fix
