Dosing 2 part into filter sock chamber?

I just picked up 2 brs dosers to dose my tank with 2 part. The most convenient place to mount the dosers is over my filter sock chameber in my sump. It then passes through protein skimmer then through gfo and carbon before hitting the return. Any thoughts on why not to set it up this way?

Because it will take some of the elements out of the water by going threw skimmer could also cause it to over bubble cause cup to overflow also by putting elements into filter sock u aren't allow for it all to get into the water but then again I have only been Redfin for 8 months maybe someone with more experience could chime in to the post

I think that sounds about right, I would dose into the where the return pump is to the DT. The further back you put it in your sump the more diluted or less potent its going to be getting to your DT.
