I would think its up to both of you to be responsible enough to take a resposible aproach to what you are doing whether selling or buying.If buying yes make sure conditions are right way before you buy and make sure you know whats goin on.If fraging make sure you know what your doing it wouldnt be fare to frig someone out of there hard earned money. |
