Its a bootleg Beckett or the seaclone of becketts IMO

I've got one, as long as you keep it clean it does a good job,
it's a small skimmer so it fits in a tight spot if you've got one.
mine makes a decent amount of junk.
I'll be posting pics in Rich's thread as soon as I can find them,
maybe later tonight.

I had one a few years back on a 90g reef, good skimmer for the price. I later modified it into a beckett, performed much better.

I used a Tupperware container filled with peanut size rubble rocks at the water exit to get rid of the micro bubble.

Sure, the hardest part will be finding a complete beckett head. You just need a few PVC bushing and a thread elbow, there are a few threads in the DIY forum on RC.

You should try it with the bio balls first, make sure you have a pressure rated pump.
