little white flea-like bugs in the water

on my tank i see lilttle fleas like bugs and they move around. they look like lice. can this be ich? did anyone see these little critters before?

Probably amphipods and copepods.

Makes me itchy looking at them but they are a good thing. That second pic is of a tank that is in the cycling process. No fish or anything just live rock and without any predators these guys flourish.

Make piles of rubble that fish cant get into so they have a hideout.

these grow and reproduce in a well established tank. If your tank happened to be one of those that was set up in a hurry with too many fish they will dissapear.
