Wow. Looks like this post got off track fast and went a completely different direction than I had planned
I just wanted to let everyone know that I only made it to one store while I was in town and that was New World Aquarium. It was in walking distance and looked interesting. I will say that they had a very good selection of soft corals and fish. Probably more fish than I've seen anywhere actually. They had very limited drygoods though. Staff seemed pretty too-cool-for-school to me as well I might add. Glad I went to check it out because it made me realize just how lucky I was to live in Houston. The prices were about 75% higher than corals I've seen here locally. I just don't see how they can get people to spend $65 on a small leather. Anyways, fun to go look at. Not fun to buy from.
