Well one of my Anthias decided to fall off the face of the earth. No he didn't jump out of the tank but a dottyback did give her a hard time. I'm not sure what happened. I understand Anthias come in schools and thus I had a pair. My question is do I need to find a friend for my lone anthia and if so how long do I have. Or do they have the abiity to live on their own.

I have one Anthia in my tank and she seems as happy as can be (a real character :D ). She basically hangs out with all the other fish in the tank, so I don't think she is lonely,

Fishy,

I would be more concerned about where the other one went rather than the other's lonliess. I had bought one and it seemed to be doing fine, it ate, but not like the rst of my fish. I think it eventually died of malnutrition and would keep a closer eye on that that the other being lonely (although that does happen)
