Yes I'm a frag farm..but honestly...we make 0% profit...we just maintain our small genetic bank of acroporas, other sps and softies (mainly rare leathers)....We sell thousands of frags per year, but its just a hobby to us...could care less about the little money...we just were forced years ago to start selling frags to pay for my ever increasing acropora addiction...lol...and that $564 a month electricity bill!!

But always up for a trade for them corals we don't have....mostly trading for leathers, and acroporas...or other rare sps....I think I have well over 100 different species of just acropora right now...with another 25 on the way soon....I would like to collect and preserve as many sps as possible....I'm no tree hugging hippie (lol), but I'm all about conservation of our planet thats already a hurtin' unit, and falling apart...global warming...who knows Al Gore says so(LOL)...but either way its FACT the reefs are being destroyed at an alarming rate...But I want to conserve, and captive protect as many species as possible to spread in massive quanitys around the states, alaska, hawaii, and Canada..(we already ship to all these places)...

This is a WONDERFUL, and rewarding hobby...and its at an all time PEAK...EVERYONE wants a reef tank....solution...properly train our new incoming hobbiest friends to properly keep these aniamals and hook them up with frags for the future of this hobby..

Well now I'm, rammbling, but I'm a very dedicated and devoted man, to stand up for what is rightous, good and decent... l

They are typically on the difficult side and require Metal Halide lighting or dense Power Compact or T5 arrays. These corals are prized for their rareness and ability to be easily fragged into multiple colonies.

aside from that you are welcome to share you coral farming experiences, we have a coral farming forum just for that purpose. it would be great to hear what you have to say. feel free to start a tank thread, or show photos of your propagation system, our members love to see the behind the scenes details.

thank you for taking the time to ask so many questions, the trade thing can work out let us just decide where it should be listed. we keep business and home tanks separated in the forums, yours seems to be a combination, don't worry we'll figure it out. we have quite a few devoted SPS keepers on the board, chances are we have acros here you might want.
