Thanks again for the awesome critters and offerings. You guys know how to hook up the crew! All of my critters are healthy and the price couldn't be beat. My Reverse Gorilla Nipple zoo frag is growing extremely fast and is healthy. Much appreciated.

I knew there was a place where I can gush solely about how amazingly I've been treated by Russ and Jim.

During the installation of my tank, they literally performed miracles - working hard through the disappointment, pain, and other major obstacles that came up during the day.

The result is beautiful, and I am in the process of showing it off in the tank thread forum - titlted 'A reef grows in brooklyn' http://www.manhattanreefs.com/forum/...-brooklyn.html.

Arkady, thanks for the accolades. The only obstacle I saw was my back. Everything else was easily rectified. We're very glad you like the outcome. Looking forward to more pix.

I can say simply this -

Russ and Jim are one of a kind (can two be one of a kind? hmmmm...).

The quality of their livestock is exemplary, they do not cut corners, they know their stuff, and to boot, they know that what sets them apart is service, so they tend to service as if their business depends solely on that - and all of these factors work togehter to set them apart from every other business I've dealt with or ever even heard of.

Thanks to Russ' personal care specifically (the man makes house calls!!!), I'm actually hopeful that I may have as pretty a tank one day and the rest of y'all!...

Same here had it not been for Russ, I would have missed out on the beautiful clams. Thanks!!!! Guys, justed wanted to let you know the clammies are doing wonderfully. I will take some pic of them with my old crappy 3 pixel cam that won't show the total beauty that I get to look at.

I just wanted to add to the many kind things said. As friends Russ and Jim are awesome,none the better. And as vendorsthey do such a great job I try dealing with them as much as possible. I can't beleive how great they are and the stuff they get in is absolutly amazing. So hats off to you fellas. And thanks again you guys are great.......
