I ordered a Blue Velvet Nudi from HoF, Russ kept in contact with me to let me know when they would be able to get it. It came in the other day, I was given the option to have them ship it or to pick it up, I chose to have it shipped as the for the price I was quoted, it just was'nt worth the time and gas money. After it was shipped Russ informed me the shipping price was misquoted in my favor. I offered to pay the difference, but he flat out refused to take it, even though it was an honest mistake. I wish everyone I have to deal with was this honest and had such GREAT customer service. I would recommend HoF to anyone. They will definately get future orders from me!

yes i must agree though i have never met masterswimmer(good in my book being a big yankee fan,lol)i have dealt with jim he is a great guy,even though i kinda dragged my feet on my last order,he no doubt showed me crazy love,when someone else would have just decided to cut me off completely.and he hook me up with some stuff for my sump/fuge.great guy and runs a great business.your the best.

HOF is devoted to providing MR memberes the best customer service (Love) there is - yes there have been some misteps, but we are comitted to the membership and MR and will continue to provide quality service to eevryone.

I couldn't let another day get past me without letting you both know how much I am enjoying the zoa frags! I had purchased the Bubble Gums from the earlier offer and then there was no question as to whether I wanted the frag pack...what a combo! The Yellows? The Peach? They're beautiful.

We (Psycho & I) did all we could to confuse you on where the shipment was to be delivered and you were fantastic through all the changes. My sincere thanks goes out to both of you for your flexibility, quality of product and for taking my new reef tank one step closer to a little piece of Heaven.
Looking forward to whatever you guys come up with next!
