Looks like a Sea Spider... have you seen it move or anything.. if unsure take it out. Did you receive any new chaeto or macro from anyone.?

Aiptasia sometimes found attached to cheato. Double check your cheato. The white blubous part you see is the base. He's looking for a home to attach himself.
