thanks matt but its been like that for 10 yrs, so I'm not really concerned.
i have the service contract from the gas company. i think its about $7.00 a month and never used it, but i should give them a call. i haven't had many problems just a thermo coupler that i keep a spare, and a circulator pump thats not covered so did it my self.
