This law is in quite a few states.

It is rediculous to say the least. I though understand the principal behind it, but it is still rediculous.
Of course we should feed those in need! I really do not understand why the feeding of hungry people has to be regulated. And to arrest people for doing the humanitarian thing is ludicrous.SMGDHH
