I'm truly sorry for you and your family. I try to think about how well I treated my friend(s) and the special care I gave. Also the unconditional love and friendship they give to us. It is so amazing how they leave such a lasting impression. For me it has been several years since I put the last of three sister Rotties down and I think about them every single day. Your Golden was beautiful and I'm sure you guys gave him or her a beautiful life. Your friend will live on, every time you remember.
