Computer help

past few days I've been having issues seeing the MB bar at top of the site and getting into reef grafiti. Im using firefox, when I use IE I can see it but something is wrong with my IE which is why I dont every use it (my homepage is always changed when I go to it, to some safety website [isafetypage dot com, dont want it to become a link incase] or something and I cant change it and when I try to log into anything using IE it doesnt store it, like I can go to MR and sign in, but when It takes me back from that sign in screen, its like I never tried to log in, so even if I use IE to get here, I cant post) new laptop is on the way, should be here tomorrow hopefully, or wednesday, but I cant figure out whats wrong... will run antivirus, adaware and spybot again to see if it helps

installed both, then tried opening up IE, instead of going to my homepage it went to that website, but nothing happened. If I uninstall IE and reinstall it, will that go away?

Go to download.com and download the latest edition of spybot and ad-aware install and run these 2 programs. Run a virus check. Go into your control panel, open internet options You will see browsing history click on delete. Then click on the delete all button. Make sure you check the box to delete all passwords and cookies created by add ons.

Then do the following: Type the location of the website that you want to be your home page in the top box marked homepage. Click on apply on the bottom and then click on ok. Restart computer. Run spybot and ad-aware again and a virus scan. Then download and install windows defender, install and run that. After all is done restart and open IE see if it is still hijacked.

your ie has been hijack by a adware program. uninstalling usually wont help cause that program probabaly installed some dll files into ur system disguise as something.
try doing a run on "msconfig" n inspect ur startup programs n check off anything that doesn't belong.

or you could just reboot into safe mode and restore setting's then you get to choose when programs get to start or run takes it basically back to fresh install. or better yet save anything you might need and do a clean install, it's a good idea to do it once a year anyways
