Converting Video

Ok I just bought a Zen Vision M MP3 Player, and it playe video. I have a bunch of video files on my computer, movies and such and want to put them on the player but they are VOB files and ATI vcr files. I need to convert them to AVI files. I tried using auto gk to convert it but I am having problems, Is there an easy program to do this? Here are the 2 sites I have been working with so far.

Saw this on downloadsquad.com but haven't given it a try yet. And its freeware. http://www.any-dvd-converter.com/products/for_video/

From the site..."It can convert almost all video formats including DivX, XviD, MOV, rm, rmvb, MPEG, VOB, DVD, WMV, AVI to MPEG-4 movie format for iPod/PSP or other portable video device, MP4 player or smart phone. It also supports any user defined video file formats as the output."

Thanks all for your assistance, Using DVD shrink and CloneDVD mobile to put mu home videos on my MP3 player. Mods please close.
