When I had mine done, I was awake, but didn't feel any pain. Feels wierd though, tugging/pressure. While I did feel some pain the next day, they prescribe happy pills

, they made everything okay.

For me dentist rank right up there with lawyers, car dealers and snakeoil salesmen.

When I had to have an infected wisdom pulled out, I also had them pull out the other 3 at the same time. Didn't feel a thing until the next day; but as Liz said the happy pills are nice.
