Beautiful workmanship. Did you stain that with Sikkens? Love that stuff. Costs an arm and a leg and multiple coats, but well worth it. Your attention to detail is spot on bro. I used to be a house builder and know good work from shoddy work.

Funny how in all those pix I didn't see a single one with a tank

It's actually a little more of a problem with some building inspectors. What's above ground is obviously seen and can be evaluated, assessed and charged accordingly. Some inspectors however, can be real pain in the arses and ask you to dig up your footings to see that they go below the frost line in your zone. Not fun to deal with those guys.

Back to topic.......fantastic job. Hope the homeowner appreciates the time and effort involved.

Thanks & yea, costs like $50 a gallon with a 2 step process...but it makes the deck look like hard wood flooring and very durable with the sun. The deck gets alot of sun all day....so i decided to give it a sun feature with the ballasts...we call it the sun deck. I Also dado'd under the top rail and installed rope lighting & hooked it up to a switch in the house. will try and post a night picture, looks pretty Awesome.
