The chicken wire at home depot is zinc galvanized, I don't need to be poisoned when it gets heated up. And I putin my deposit for a 21 lb pig yesterday. The guy at the butcher shop said it would be good for around 10 people, So now I have to think of getting filler like a lot of chips and beer. I really need to find a place to get grill making supplies or aluminum fencing or somethign that can support a pig. Home depot sells this sidewalk steel mesh, they're rusty so i know they aren't galvanized, but they're a little flimsy. If anyone knows what i'm talking about the steel mesh you put down before you pour concrete for the sidewalk, you think that one or 2 layers would be strong enough to support the pig? |

I can't believe that youtube would post something as disgusting as that. I'd rather see them roast one of their buddies before a dog.Probably lost in a fight and got killed for it.

Well update, I went to a restaurant supply store and got 2 stainless steel storage grates and used them as a grill. The pig turned out great, it cooked much faster than I thought it would take. But it was nice and soft and juicy. Don't think i would ever do it the pit method again as that was a LOT of work. the plot i was diggin turned to all rocks after a couple of inches. |

Umm no, no incriminating evidence of the sort. There were people on the guest list that should not have been eating pork, and I was strictly forbidden from digging up the yard. |
