By the time it release, $10000 may be same as $5000 now due to inflation. People are paying $3000+ for a game PC now, why not a table top machine?

IMO, the wireless part is vital to it's popularity in the future. If other manufacturers are not supporting the interface to transfer info. between devices with ease, then it will take long time before it become mainstream. I have seen the auto sync between phones, DigiCam and such with the computer. Pretty handy.
