You know what they say about the Madden Football Game Cover Player (the myth) ... The player on the cover is usually traded or gets hurt after the game is released ... Guess this year its an early truth to the myth with the trade before the game arrives on shelves although what will EA Sports do about Brett being in a Packers jersey on the cover lol ...

Brett Farve is one of the greatest QB's to play the game and seeing him go to a team that I think suck big time will be disappointing. But hey he might do some good change for the Jets! I agree from previous post that now they can use Coles and Cotchery's full potential but we'll see when the season begins. I am a big Giants fan like Chris but I'm going to watch how the Jets do this season as oppose to last season! Lets go BIG BLUE! GIANTS baby!!!!!! Don't sleep on the Giants !!!!

FINALLY a QB that can 'go long' with a 12 yd pass!!! LMAO. Liked Chad as a person, but as a QB he wasted more years for gang green than Favre will waste for them. I'm very glad as a Jets fan to see Chad gone and at least an opportunity to win. At 38 he'll be better than Chad was/is at any age. J E T S Jets Jets Jets swimmer

Tangs Rule - Lol nice advatar ... Anyone hear the news about the jets selling was it 20k or 50k worth of jerseys (favre of course) between 4am and 10am when the story broke he was traded .... I still gotta get my Plax jersey lol, and can't wait to see what all those girls at the stadium are gonna be wearing now that shockey is gone ...
