I don't quarantine my fish, if I buy from a lfs i check them out good before I buy { cond, feeding ], I have bought fish from mike before with no problem. I don't think he would ship a fish with ick...ect [ at least knowingly ]You might say it's a gamble. Bueller |

Nobody is saying that he doesn't sell quality fish however, packing and shipping the fish causes the fish some stress and that can lower the immune system of the fish making it more prone to contracting ich there doing so. That is why QT'ing is stressed. Take it, leave it, it's your tank. Good luck with it.
