Since he's out of town, a phone call would be in order to make sure he has returned on time. Plus, his website states call for an appointment...I'd imagine you'd get the address then

It is common courtesy not to give away someone else's address or phone number other than the person himself whether it is in public or via pm. I suggest you call him yourself to get the info. I'll be upset if someone gives my phone and address to others without me knowing ahead of time.
