| They go through great pains at drip acclimating their fish but then have NO IDEA about what fish should go together. Every time I have gone, they have placed copperbands in the same tank or other fish that are beating the crap out of each other. Fish would be MUCH healthier if they stocked their tanks right. Most of the problems I have had were due to stress to the fish. The employees have have interacted with do not know what they are doing. They should receive some kind of basic training on reef keeping. (I hear that there are a few guys there that do know their stuff, but I have never met them) Prices have always been better than fair on livestock and frozen foods. (Block of cyclopeze was dirt cheap!) | ||||||||||||||||||

| I think it depends on who is on duty there and when. I do not go all that often, but when I have gone there, I have found that the people who work the salt water section are very knowledgable, at least as far as fish are concerned...I have never been pushed to buy an inappropriate fish, and I have been freely told when a fish may not be reef safe. I have found that many fish that will not get along are distributed individually in tanks...when they get a shipment of maroon clowns or Centropyges, there is no more than one fish per tank, distributed through all the tanks. Smaller fish, like basslets, will be in plastic containers within individual tanks. Take care, Eric | ||||||||||||||||||

| Based on the correspondence from the owner of the store in this thread I would never step foot in that door. Treating a customer the way she did, and speaking to her like that in a public forum is reprehensible. She needs a lesson on behaving like a human being. | ||||||||||||||||||

| Great fish selection, invert and coral selection. The employees are the futhest thng from friendly or helpful unless cornered. In the service business we are always busy, but must hold customer service, general greeting as a priority. |
