most of the apts in those towers are for purchase. I'm not sure which one he's in, but the one i looked at was 200,000 for a one bedroom (very tiny) w/ the same view.

Thanks everyone for the kind comments. I live in a condo that has a nice view of the hudson river/manhattan. Besides the view, one of the nice things about this place is all utilities are included in my monthly maintenance fee. I can use as much electricity as I want !!!!! Soon it will be time for high wattage halides
